Please Help

I was taking off the screen protector on my htc 6900 and while i was doing it the phone switched to lock. Now i cant use my touch screen at all. The only part that works is the lower left corner where it says unlock. When I tap unlock the screen changes and near the middle it says tap unlock to unlock. When I tap unlock it doesn't unlock and after a few sec goes to the touch flo sceen. I have done soft resets and taken the battery out. I haven't had any problems with this before and I've had the phone since the last of may or early june. Does anyone know what I should do??
