flashed Verizon Warranty return - any problems?

I need to return my phone under warranty because the camera button is hosed. I know there is no offical downgrade. New phones on the way, anyone had them not take the return and charge for it since it has a different radio and rom on a warrantry return?

I've returned two Vogues to Verizon with upgraded radios, and cooked ROMs. No problems at all.
