5. Extract all the files to the Windows directory.

win rar is not the same as pocket rar??

what if you downloadthe zip file to your home computer, unzip the file there then use the explorer program in activesync to move the unzipped files to your windows directory?

if i read you correctly, i do the same thing...then launch da cab file under my docs, right?
