Unlocking Touch(Vogue) MMS feature

Is there any way I can unlock the MMS feature on the bell network without downloading some crack or whatever it is you guys all make? I'm VERY new to modding phones. Like I know nothing. I saw another thread on here somewhere about adding a new connection and putting in some codes and stuff, but now I can't find it. And I don't know what the numbers and such would be for my network. any help would be superb.
