does verizon block fie transfer via bluetooth on my 6900?

I tried to use bluetooth to transfer a song(mp3)from a blackberry phone. my phone is unlocked and using Dette's clean rom. I can't even find the option of sending file via bluetooth in the file explorer. But it can beam or send using emails. i heard about the old Verizon motorola V3 can't transfer file via bluetooth,Is that Verizon did something in the chips or roms so we can't use the Bluetooth file function? Or is there any programs can do the fiile transfer thing for me ? Also, I can't find a way to receive files.... no respond on my phone when Blckberry is sending the file (after pairing).

Thanks all of you!

PS: i did the some serch, seems that sprint or bell have something called bluetooth explorer, but I can't find it anyway, and "receive ll incoming beams" are clicked .

For some stupid reason (with 6.1) you also have to have "receive all incoming beams" checked.

verizon has been know to cripple bluetooth in certain devices i think with propoer hacks here you can get past them if they even exist on the 6900
