i really hope this is true. you have know idea. i am tired of this. i had to jump through hoops to make my touch feel like 6.1

is the gps locked out if we dont pay? or do can we use the gps with 3rd party apps like live search and google maps without paying?

do we get free access to the alltel PDE servers? (the servers that give us satellite info to get fast lockons.)

Not going to get my hopes up at this point. And even if it does drop there's gonna be a hell of a lot of programs im gonna have to reinstall... I dont know if im lookin forward to it or not.

I really hope this is soon. And I know they are not kicking from sprint at least in our area as the only towers here where I work at are Sprint and i'm on it all the time.

I have downloaded the newest Alltel PRL, and I too am getting EVDO through Sprint which is great, because I'm out of my "home area" all week and used to have to roam with 1x, now its EVDO.

Anyway, what build version of 6.1 is going to be in this ROM?

6800 delayed at least a week due to a Bluetooth issue.
Rev A on the 6800 is fine if you have the right ROM. Whether or not it works on Spint will depend on which PRL you have.
Update will NOT include GPS (but available hacks should continue to work), sorry. Also will NOT be getting access to PDE!
6900 will be several weeks, maybe a month later.

what do u mean 'if u have the right rom'?

are they locking down the pde?

where u getting ur info?
