Unhappy Failed to install Manila 2D... Application unlocking needed?...

09/21/2008 UPDATE: This issue has been resolved by hard resetting my phone...

I failed to install Manila 2D. There is always an error message like "Installation is unsuccessful... Insufficient permissions...".

I'm using official Sprint Touch 6.1 ROM. Do I need to use application unlocker first? Where can I find a working version? Thanks!

Re: Failed to install Manila 2D... Application unlocking needed?...

maybe try disabling HTC home and soft reset, then try installing M2D.

if all else fails, try doing a hard reset, but you'll lose all your settings, so be warned...

Disabling HTC Home and then a soft reset fixed the "sufficient permissions" error for me.
