Can you back up Sprint Mobile Email settings?

Now that I'm playing with ROMs and cooking my own, I have to hard reset my phone quite often. One of my biggest headaches is having to set up my email accounts on Sprint Mobile Email after every hard reset (I use 4 different email accounts). Is there any way to backup and restore the settings?

Also, I have tried Seven for my email, which makes configuration after a hard reset much easier, but I have found that it kills my battery so I would prefer to continue using SME.
