forgot to backup

forgot to backup my htc before installing the touchflo.cab
accidently removed a file causing it to reboot the phone now i have everything back to factory specs...
there is no way i can retrieve numbers or they're all gone

If it did a hard reset, they are very much totally gone from the phone. This is why we sync to outlook, to funambol, to syncworld, to... oh you get the idea.
