Gotcha with the no Bell or Verizon users, but do you mean sprint touch/vogue app only, or for sending messaged sprint to sprint only?

I think it will only work on Sprint Touch's since the app accesses PictureMail to send the message. You should be able to send to any phone/carrier and a link will appear in the message.
