Change date format for threaded texts

I made a ROM in the kitchen and for some reason I'm getting a long date format (September 17, 200 in the threaded text overview screen. It's terribly annoying because it cover up the senders name and I can only see "..." where their names should be. How do I change this to a short date format?

Nevermind, got it.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\nls\overrides]
"SSDte"="MMMM d, yyyy"

Change SSDte to = M/dd/yy
