Sprint Mobile Email Work

Does anyone know if Sprint Mobile Email Work will be added to the Sprint Mobile Email package? My coworker has the Instinct and it has mobile email work included. According to Sprint's site they are working to add other phones as well but I really want/need this app since I don't have OWA access to the company email servers.

Also, does anyone know how to sign up for a sprint mobile email username? I called CS and they told me it's the same as the sprintpcs.com username and PW but I know it's different especially since there's a notice stating effective 12/1/08 sprintpcs email will be discontinued.
