How to change background in outlook

Since I changed ROMs, I think, I now have a background with horizontal lines that make it tough to read through the lists of emails, texts, tasks, and calendar entries.

Where is this controlled?

You should just be able to change your theme under: settings ---> today. This will change your menus, today screen and your background on certain windows.

thank me if I helped you

Re: How to change background in outlook

I need to post a screen shot (but can't figure out how to do it on my phone ). I'm talking about the background when you are looking at the SMS message or email inboxes, or when you have the calendar open in Agenda view.

Re: How to change background in outlook

I have the same issue but not much of a factor on my phone. I do have another issue. When I open an email down at the bottom for the soft keys I have a "reply all" on the left and the "Menu" key on the right. Is there a way to change it so I can just have it "reply" ? It is a pain to have to hit the "menu", "reply", and then "reply" again.

I use a fine program called "MyMobiler". (free) http://www.mymobiler.com/

It not only easily takes screenshots but you can control your phone using your PC with Mymobiler.

There are other free programs that will do screenshots as well.

Meh... I know exactly what you're talking about... in pocket outlook (email) there are those silly alternating blue lines fading in left to right...

I thought I saw a way to get rid of those once, but I'm not finding it now

I believe you have to use a theme made in ThemegenCE that sets the horizontal lines to another color. You can't just leave it blank because it will keep the current line color. Or at least I think thats how I fixed mine.

That's for the Titan. Doesn't seem to work on my Vogue.

Oh ya; here's a screen shot. It actually looks worse on the phone - the text sort of blends in with the lines and makes it annoying to read.

Re: How to change background in outlook

Yeah this is the mojo...

http://pagespro-orange.fr/BenThon/St...CouleursEn.htm

It does end up just being registry settings:

http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...sMobile5Colors

Ah... got it.
This makes it all white in any list view (Notes, word, email...)

Code:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Color]
"15"=dword:00ffffff
"16"=hex:ff,ff,ff,00
"36"=dword:0fffffff
"37"=hex:ff,ff,ff,00
Yay, thanks for reminding me I needed to fix this!
