You need to contact Sprint Advanced Technical Support. The phone needs it's Home Location Register updated and possibly a change in their system. Mine did this right after the radio upgrade. It will work fine on the Sprint system, but on any roaming system (Verizon or other) it will not authenticate. When you call tech support, ask for 'Aircard' at the prompts to get to advanced tech suppot. The other folks should know how to do this, but it isn't on their troubleshooting script, so they will not want to do it.
