is their any way to put bookmarks on today screen?

Go to pocketpcfreeware.mobi and search for Quick Menu, this small program adds bookmarks and much more to your today screen.

that program doesnt seem to like the new sprint 6.1 rom.

I've had no issues running this on 6.1....

To answer the original question, a lot of applications allow you to link web bookmarks to the today screen. I personally use Ultimate launcher and SPB Pocket Plus, both which will do this.
