Caller ID problem.

I have a friend who has the touch, and he is getting a problem with his Caller ID. It does not want to display the phone number. I assume this is probably an error on Sprint's behalf, but I wanted to run through my options before we deal with customer service.

hard reset ... or reflash..... I am sorry... I don't know what else to tell you

bump, i have the same problem. (my phone is alltel) But my phone will display a picture for those people I have a pic for but i only have pics for like 4 people.
