the phone is freezing (HTC VOGUL)

Hi

I want to say thank you to the people help me in this problem. I went to the sprint store and I tell the technician the problem with the phone (freezing in the main screen)and he tell me that the problem is causes by a program (the one I install) not let the phone enter in the star up correctly and he need to do reconfiguration. What he doing or what program us I don't known, because my phone never sync in my PC, if I have to go again to the store if known want he do it. I let you Known
