Another Extended battery issue/question, and now I think I got burned.

I need an extended battery due to my heavy use. I read tons of threads on multiple forums. I decided to buy the Seidio 2000 MAH battery, I found one on Amazon so I decided to buy it. It turns out they did a bait and switch on me and sent me a battery for the elf. The battery seams to fit fine but the cover definitely does not. There is a good chance I am screwed on this deal as I doubt they will to anything to fix the problem.

If they do not come through I am wondering if the battery I have will fit under the Seidio 2000 MAH battery cover? The battery is roughly 7/16". I was thinking I could buy the Seidio 2000 MAH battery from their site, which I should have done in the first place, then I would have 2 2000 MAH batteries with 1 cover.

So, does anyone out there have a Seidio 2000 MAH battery? Could you measure how think it is?

Maybe I could just buy the correct cover? Does anyone know of a good battery cover option?

I took your advice and decided to get this door. Hopefully it looks and works as nice as the pictures.

Turns out the vendor felt bad about the battery door being wrong. The battery does work. They refunded all my money and told me to keep the battery.

Now that's customer service!
