Any Free Service to Sync and back up to Web?

Hi just wondering if you guys know of any FREE service that can sync and store your contacts automatically... similar to what ActiveSync does but instead of storing it locally, it syncs/stores it on the web?

Well there is dashwire....then scheduleworld, and funambol and then http://www.mail2web.com/

Thing is for me, no ideal solutions. scheduleworld and funambol are close. I want to sync to google calendars too. Which ScheduleWorld will do...just seems weak on the contacts portion. I may have to set up my own funambol server. Anyone do that?

+1 for Dashwire. I think Yahoo 2 Go will store contacts too.

I just set up my mail2web account last night and am loving it so far. I receive emails instantly and it synced my contacts perfectly.

mail2web is awesome... I have had to hard reset my device on the go before and I was never more than 3 minutes away from having my contacts, calendar, and tasks back on my phone.

thanks for all of the great ideas... but i came across nuevasync ... it looks very simple to use and doesnt need you to log on a portal like mail2web, funambol ..etc

and most important of all it syncs my contacts and calendar.

Anyone have any experience with this service... im only weary of giving my gmail username/pass to this site though...

Question to those using mail2web services:

Are you refering to this service: http://services.mail2web.com/FreeServices/m2wLive/ ?

Also, they said "Email Aggregator - automatically gather email from other accounts - as it arrives - into your mail2web LIVE account " However, in their FAQ, they said : "
17. Is POP3, IMAP4 or SMTP supported on mail2web LIVE?
No. If you require this type of service, please upgrade to Personal Exchange or to one of our Business Exchange plans."

I dont get it, can we have our emails like from our ISP, gmail or other POP3 accounts downloaded via mail2web and accessed by the personal@mail2web.com account for FREE?
