How to Disable ActiveSync?

Hello,

Is there a way to fully disable activesync from opening itself automatically on the Vogue? It seems like it opens up on my phone at least twice an hour and really slows down my phone. I always have to close it from the taskbar.

Thanks

Re: How to Disable ActiveSync?

wow...that even keeps AS from starting up on a soft reset, reboot or after turning on/off airplane mode. Now, I'll just have to wait and see if it has any effect on my screen turning on when roaming.

Here's more detailed instructions from the other site:

start-->settings-->personal-->phone-->services-->time synchronization-->get settings-->uncheck "time synchronize with mobile network automatically

People, after 24 hours, ActiveSync has yet to popup on it's own after this settings change. Sometimes the simplest solution IS the simplest solution.
