choosing cell tower

Hey guys,

I was a long time gsm user until I got the the touch. On the phones I had, I could tell it to disconnect from the current cell tower and look for another one.
is there a way for me to do it with vogue?

I was just walking earlier today and walked by one of bell's cell tower and tried mobile speed test from dsl reports and it said choose a bigger film but I was already using the 1 MB file. ..

that tower is close to my house but I keep connecting to one that gives only 400-500kb /second . I know that I am connecting to a new tower because my music streaming stops.
