Strange Stuff - Plz Help

I flashed a new ROM tonight and it went well. But, after doing some installs/customizing I have been getting some strange stuff. I know it is something I did and not the rom (NFSFAN's)

1. On a soft reset I get two error boxes at startup. One says it can not open "cprog". The other one states it cannot execute "replog.exe". What are these and where should they be?

2. I use Total Commander for my file manager. When I try to copy a file and paste it elsewhere it will actually paste a directory named "plugins" and leave the original file in its original place. Very wierd. I do have a directory in my root named "//plugins" (with the forward slashes). But, the directory that always gets pasted is an empty directory named plugins without the slashes.

I do have a backup of the system from a previous version of this rom. I hate to do a full restore after flashing a new rom. But, if somebody can tell me where the 2 files mentioned in the first problem are, I can do a selective restore of just those files. I have no clue about the second problem.

If anybody can shed some light, I would greatly appreciate it.
