mailwatcher.exe question

Every time I reset the phone, this message pops up:

The file "mailwatcher" cannot be opened. Its not signed........reinstall or restore blab, blab......

Where is this file? I cannot find it. Thanks.

check the windows/startup/ and delete it that should fix it
