Comm Manager

Does anyone else have this problem after flashing to the new Bell Rom upgrade?

My Comm Manager ( the one that has data connection, wireless, bluetooth, phone) is not showing up on the screen...(well it is kinda) I can see some words like bluetooth in the background really faintly but no pictures or anything.....does this make sense?
