Error syncing appointments via ActiveSync.

I just reinstalled a ROM, and last night at home, restored everything back to my phone (contacts, appts, etc)

So my work PC was reformatted last night, so I needed to set up ActiveSync again...

everything syncs up, except appointments, in which I get an error saying that synchronization from the device failed..

I have OUtlook 2003 w/ SP3 installed... any ideas?
