Diag. mode

##3424# will not bring up the diag. mode. It just wants to dial. Am I missing something?.....

Did you install a custom dialer? If so, a lot of them break the ## codes. Somewhere I have a .cab that puts shortcuts in the Programs menu for most of the ## codes, which works with the custom dialers, but I can't find it. But I will keep looking...

pop this cab on your mem stick and install it from the ppc. It will place a folder in your Programs folder that contains every ## code you can enter and also a few extras. Very useful.

be careful because it is my understanding that the dialers that break the #codes also disable 911. I never tried it (didnt want to call 911) but I decided to stick to a strictly CDMA dialer because of it.
