Vogue custom rom

I'm trying to load a custom rom. What is a rom that will not lock up the device? I am trying to use the Vogue_WM6.1_GPS_3.02. I have done the radio update and unlock procedure.

I have made a custom Rom for alltel. So far I have had people Tell me they are not having lockups or anything, So you might want to go ahead and try that. if you dont like it, then just go ahead and try another one. But I will say this, with my Custom Rom you will have your MMS working.
