Power off/Sleep/On-charging for extended..

When I had my old phone (not a ppc) I always powered it off during work hours (no signal, I work in bfe) and usually on nights when I'm sleeping. I'm new to ppc's and I'm wondering what do you guys do with your phones? I always heard it was good to turn the phone off sometimes, what do you guys think??

well, turning off is similar to a soft-reset, so in that regard it can be healthy.
I would suggest turning it to airplane mode, so you can still use the phone for a ppc, but not kill the battery searching for a signal.
that being said, turning it off would prevent battery drain completely.

Just press and hold the red end key when you arent going to use the phone part of the device for a little while.
