Question about tethering via bluetooth

I was wondering what kind of speed people got. I cant even get a single page loaded. I do live in BFE and i have one or 2 bars. Maybe its just me, im gonna try again at work where i have more service.

I get great speeds in good coverage like 1000 down 200 up
