Slow Phone

Hello everybody,
I'm having a problem with my touch. Its running super slow on everything it does. I'm trying to get it to link up with active sync but it wont. Any suggestions

I would do a hard reset and start over, if it were my phone. First backup using spb Backup, Sprite Backup or Dashwire, than hard reset and reinstall your apps and do a restore for your contacts, etc.

Thanks just did a hard reset by "clearing the storage" in the system settings. I only backed up my contacts because my phone is running so slow i'll be here 4 days backing it up. I let you know how it goes when i'm done

Success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Rainfreak!!! My dumbass thought that a hard reset was just removing the battery for a few secs but then i googled it. ANYWAYS!!! BURNIN D-HARVEYS ROM RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Glad to hear it worked for you. And sorry, I should have given the directions for performing a hard reset... sometimes I just take it for granted that everyone knows how...
