Few Rom setting ?s for Chefs

Hi all. Ripped new Bell Rom apart and made my own with UC for those pesky cabs.
1. Does anyone know how to put their serial number into Resco Explorer 6.17 either by .rug or .xml file? I put all the resco reg entries I exported into an OEM and it worked for all the settings but the SN never made it into the new rom. Probably hidden somewhere.

2. Has anyone figured out how to get rid of that pesky customer feedback with the new Bell Rom?
I tried with both a OEM reg entry and an .xml file but the damn key just keeps showing up. HKLM\ControlPanel\Customer Feedback\redirect value=ceipui.exe
I tried a "" for value but it gets overwritten, and I'm sure I put my entry in the last file that gets executed during customizations.

3. HHC (HTC Home Customizer). I can install fine but when I try to modify the registry settings in an .xml or .rgu or OEM they really screw HHC up. eg. I set bg, ico, wth, clk. All the settings show when HHC is run but they won't show on the today screen. then it gets worse, I have to go in to HHC set different settings, save then go back into HHC set my prefered ones again and sometimes they still won't show. I decided for now to just do a basic install of HHC but it'd be really nice to have WM6 boot with my settings in place and active on the today screen. Probably asking too much since HHC needs to install a bunch of stuff b4 its even ready to use the 1st time.

Well any help is appreciated.
Thanks......
