Issue with themes.

No matter what theme I use it seems that the border of the notification bubble on the bottom of the screen always has a red or orange outline. I have no idea if this is an issue with themes or with my phone or what's going on. I'm using the stock bell rom, and if I flash over to a custom the issue disapears.

Not all themes set all the system colors definable in a theme. I'm not 100% certain, but you can edit your theme with Themegence. I think that is the name, try searching for theme editor and see what that pulls up....

Tried that but even changing everything in there it's still orange. I did notice though in NFSfan's rom he disabled that dialog box all together for install programs which is a lot cleaner looking anyways. Anyone know what would do that. I assume a registry edit.
