Sprint touch lock up on home screen

Hello I just recently started to try to play artound with the phone to customize it. About an hour ago I installed this htc home plugin customizer 2.1 to the device and it asked me to restart so I did.

Now when it starts up it gets all the way to right before the part when the home screen is supposed to come up and freezes. It cannot connect to activesync so i cannot remove the program or reload my rom...

Is there anyway I can reset my phone or access the files so I can fix this???
I am running the new official sprint rom from the htc site.. PLease help me

You can try a hard reset which will reset the device with whatever rom is currently installed (in your case the new official sprint rom). A hard reset will remove any software or files you've placed on the device since your last hard reset or since you loaded the new sprint rom. Your phone should return to the way it was shortly after loading the new sprint rom.
