I have htc sprint need help with internet?

my carrier is us cellullar and a friend mine sold me this htc from sprint and he activiated the phone with my original phone plan and the web was working find for 4 months and then I tried activate my email and i changed my user name and password now I get this error 67 registration failure. your pcs vision username and/or password maybe incorrect. Can anyone help?
