Where are the learned Touch keyboard/keypad words stored?

I would like to back up the personal dictionary/learned words of the Touch keyboard. Where are the resource files located?

Is there any way to edit them or change the priority of the words? I always type the word "and" and it defaults to "snd." Its getting pretty annoying.
