Tomtom does not start the gps. any way to make it start the gps device automatically

I like tomtom but it dosent start the gps reciver automatically. is there a way to fix this problem? thanks

I don't have the link right now, but do a search for astrogpslauncher. It's a program that will prime the gps and then start TT for you. BTW, there are also other astros that will launch other gps programs - so make sure you download the one for TT. If you don't find it on ppgeeks check xda.

gpslauncher also works like a charm for TT7.

The new Bell Rom will start TomTom7 on it's own. Hopefully someone can pull it apart and get the good stuff out for other carriers custom roms.

for some reason, Google maps doesn't need priming with Bell's new radio + nfs fan's newest rom, but Tomtom does need priming. ANyone else having this issue?
