Pic size of incoming caller id

Help please! I have a picture of my daughter that shows up when she calls. It is a large and clear picture, but when I get calls from others in my phonebook whom have pics associated, they show up so small that I can barely recognize the person. Can anyone offer or suggest what I did to make one pic large but the others come out so small? BTW: Just using the stock caller id function.

maybe use s2u2 or photo contacts pro, both of which have full screen caller id functions.

I appreciate the response and I have used both. I don't like the functionality though. I'm just curious how I got one pic to come out larger and can't figure out why.

I would recommend that you use S2V to assign your contact pictures. That is what I did and it lets them all be the correct size with no pixelization. I have attached the latest version of the great free app for you to try.
