OEM installer

I am sure I have seen an app that can install OEM files on the touch after you have flashed the rom. I think it was simply called OEM installer. I can't seem to find anything like that right now in my searches. If someone knows of this program can you point me in the right direction.

its part of no2chem's nuetools - nuePackageInstaller. Do a search; I remember seeing a cab posted. It's also part of the ppcgeeks kitchen.

thanks for the info, now I remember it was listed on the menu of one of the roms I flashed, that is why searches showed nothing.
