"Dialed: #777 Unable to connect..." often - Page 2

Sprint here, same problem with my Vogue. I thought it was just something up with my phone. Kind of glad it's not only me.

Radio Version 3.42.30
PRL 60652
PRI 2.04_003
Running 6.1 rom. One of JD's Hybrids. Been using it for over a year without issue. Past few weeks been having this issue.

I believe this issue is related to the PRL. There was a recent update within the last couple weeks and that may be causing problems for those users that have posted in this thread recently. Maybe when the PRL updated it created a compatability issue with certain roms. Try downgrading to an earlier PRL or flashing a different rom. I believe this is a bug that will continue to give custom rom flashers headaches.

Let's just say for a second that I don't know what I'm doing. Ok so I really don't, give me a break. How do I find what PRL version I have and how do I upgrade it?

Go to your phone pad and dial ##778#. Then hit view. Or if you go to programs, utilities, and see if you have a folder that says phonecodes. Open it up and hit a code, it should bring you to the same information. Here's a link of how to update your prl. Thanks T M Z

definitely have the same problem... just got my phone about a week ago, it's done it at least 5/7 days... i have USCC though as my carrier..
