Long Press End Key

Is there any way to get the long press end key to mute the phone instead of putting it on vibrate?

I do not think that is possible, unless someone knows of a registry hack to do that. You can change the button to do other things like toggle Airplane mode On/Off, Data On/Off, Device Lock. I have it set to turn my data connection off so I dont waste my battery. You ca change what it does in the Settings menu, under the System tab.
