So true, some of the things that fix phones (or even PCs for that matter) just seem out there in left field somewhere....

My buddy had a crappy touch that would lock-up on him randomly and while he was waiting for the store to get a new one, he dropped it and it stopped freezing! Must have knocked the demons out of the phone!
