Scrolling up & down in IE using the Volume Slider?

Hello,

This is my 1st post on the forum, but I've picked up some cool tweaks and tricks in the couple days I've been a member. Thanks! to everyone on here.

I searched the forums for this... I wanna use my volume slider to scroll up and down in internet explorer using a registry hack instead of 3rd party software. And not the way the Navigation Control just cycles thru links.
