what is the error you are receiving? is it when it is "synchronizing inbox"?
if so, it's probably an email in your inbox that is giving Windows Mobile a problem, so here's what you do...
using a computer log into your hotmail or live account... delete any messages that may be from the time that you started noticing the issue (most likely an email that has an attachment) and delete them, if you need to keep the email, forward it to another email address then delete it from your hotmail/live. after you've deleted some of the emails, log out of your account on your computer, try to sync on your phone after about 2 minutes... you should be set
