Verizon XV6900 Back Shell/Case has give.

I have had this phone for almost a month. This seemed to start right off the bat. It seems like the back shell is loose, and makes noise when i am holding it. It has some give to it.

Has anyone noticed this? Do I just need to go to verizon and ask for a new back for it?
