Smile EDVO upload speeds
I was told this turns on your EVDO upload speeds. You enter ##EDVO# on the phone keypad and you will see DDTM. Mine was Disabled. Give it a try and see if you can tell a difference.

What seems odd to me is data is evdo not edvo. What is edvo?

Where did you get this information? I thought DDTM stood for dedicated data transmission mode (or was it data dedicated) anyway I thought it was for blocking calls from interrupting your data sessions.

I thought that is what it meant also, but mine was marked as disabled and my calls would still go straight to my voicemail if I was "webbing" it.
