My intrawebs are not working!

We will see what I can accomplish via some Sprint Support....argh

**UPDATE**

So I sent Sprint Tech Support an email via Sprint's Website concerning my data plan, letting them know I use applications from my phone to do my work. Within minutes my data plan was turned back on - I did disable and re-enable my data service from the phone, but this was after 2 soft-resets.
