Best Voice Command Program

I am wondering what people consider to be the best option for a voice command program? I have heard of two, MS and Cyberon. I would like it to be free so that probably eliminates MS. Is Cyberon free?

both are in the kitchen and both have ups and down... ms provides wider selection of functions while cyberon only has voice calling and is included in stock roms i think.

MS is in Stock roms and is much better than Cyberon, trust me

Can anyone provide a cab for MS Voice Command?

It is a commercial program which you must purchase. However, the version sold is an older build not compatible with WM6.1 -- for that you need a newer cab. The way to do this is to purchase the older version (Handango has it) so you have a legitmate license, then download a cab of a new build.
