unsatisfactory video playback with video files

Got my touch 3 weeks ago or so and kinda noticed my video playback from either a divx file or even from youtube was not that great... then checked out a friends Blackjack2 and new that there had to be something wrong.. cuz his looks quite a bit better.. quite a bit sharper and smoother running video.. I am using tcpmp and have messed with alot of the video settings, but can't get it to look good. Is there a better players..or are there video drivers.... or some sort of settings I am not getting right? Or is the screen just way better in the blackjack?

have you tried vtap? i have my youtube working perfect. are you using full youtube with flashbundle? pm m and ill give you my settings for tcmp

Have you changed your video in TCPMP to be RAW or GDI as that will help. You can also re-encode divx from 700mb down 250mb.. it also changes the res from the default 640x800(or whateva) to 320x240
