Re: phone dialing 12593 before number

Doesn't using (start>settings>system>clear storage) delete your storage card?

I thought that Hard reset is with the stylus and soft is using the power button only.

Re: phone dialing 12593 before number

I think the only way that you're going to find this is going through some systematic debugging.

1. Hard reset your phone (start->settings->system->clear storage). Don't use any kind of backup program to restore your data and programs. Don't sync your phone with your PC to restore your contacts.

2. Enter a new contact directly on your phone and dial it. if it prepends 12593, take your phone back to your carrier and have them reset it. Your problem is not with Windows Mobile and the timing is just a coincidence, not something SKTools did.

3. If it's okay, sync your contacts with your PC. Pick one of the the contacts that you synched and dial. If that doesn't work, your problem is with your outlook database.

4. If everything is still okay, reinstall your programs manually. If you were installing them with a backup program, your backup is probably bad and you're restoring the problem when you restore your backup.
