Phone keeps resetting itself...?? HELP

The majority of the time when I use my phone it somehow resets itself for apparently no reason. Most of the time this happens when I type a text message or try to access the internet. I have tried taking the battery out and hard resetting it. Same result at the end, does anybody know why this is? This is pretty annoying and I would call sprint, but lets face it, they dont know what the hell theyre talkin about either

there's a thread about this somewhere but i downloaded the official rom again and so far so good.it used to soft reset when i used the gps.
